Joe Callaway is the Arizona and New Mexico Division Manager for Asset Preservation, Inc. Joe has a thorough background in many aspects of commercial real estate, having been a commercial real estate agent for Sperry Van Ness for two years and a commercial real estate mortgage banker for Continental Wingate Capital for four years.

Joe dedicates much of his time speaking to accountants, attorneys, real estate brokers and principals in Arizona and New Mexico. His exchange presentations are always practical and feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment/tax strategies. Joe is an instructor for several real estate schools in Arizona and New Mexico and has taught classes sponsored by the Real Property section of the State Bar of Arizona for attorneys and CPA’s. He has been published in many Arizona publications including the ASCPA News Ledger and the Arizona Realtor Digest and is a returning guest on KFNN 1510 am as an expert on IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Joe studied at North Texas State University. Joe is also a native of the Phoenix area and is a Fiesta Bowl Committee member.
